Republicans running anti-trans hatefests lost and Zohran Mamdani is a hugely vocal supporter of trans and other LGBTQ rights.
That is MASSIVELY important to look at and run on.

Things i’ve done that have helped me manage depression in spite of my adhd
- Drink more water (ideally get a big enough bottle that it hold all of your water for the day, so you don’t lose track)
- Go for a short walk outside everyday, even if it’s just around the block
