Two things I discovered today: 1) the car I have owned for 11 years does not have a locking wheel nut, and 2) it also has a built in 12V air compressor to inflate flat tyres so you can limp to the garage. So I did not need to carry that footpump around in the boot the last 7 years. I'm just a girl.

Recalling that time I phoned up my GP to reschedule my pap smear because I was on my period and the male receptionist offered me an appointment for exactly one month later.

I hate this about myself but I'm totally in my Karen era right now. I'm so f*ckin TIRED of shrinkflation and product quality going downhill, so yes, I am complaining to these companies. No, I don't want a money off coupon - I WANT YOU TO FIX THE PRODUCT I USED TO LOVE!!!!

Hell yeah bring back those buttons
Next year, the EU will require cars to have buttons & dials -- not just touchscreens -- to get a top safety rating.
This is a great move. Drivers can fiddle with knobs & buttons without taking their eyes off the road, but they can't do that with touchscreens.
(Even better: Tesla will hate this)

Yeah I know people say anxiety is bad, but mine has just been collecting all the possible things that can go wrong so far. Once it has an exhaustive catalog of every possible mishap, it’ll move on to suggesting solutions and then you better watch out.
