We could have just stuck with Biden and everything would be better, IMO. I know he’s not quite there but at least everything was run properly. This is bonkers.

Really interesting story. I keep wondering why we are not pushing more with new technologies and my guess is the risk associated with it. See below

This is what our Transportation Secretary was doing yesterday as planes are crashing on a near-daily basis. I cannot remember a more dangerous time to fly and yet this reality TV actor-turned-Cabinet Secretary is busy watching cars drive laps at the Daytona 500.

I think the more people say constitutional crisis, the less people think we are headed to one. Perhaps we should use a different term?

The president is insane
The US has made many stupendous errors in the Middle East and has committed some great crimes. But this would surpass them all.
Trump on Gaza: "We're gonna have it. And we're gonna keep it ... nobody is gonna question it ... we'll have lots of good things built there, including hotels."

So much of this presidency is based in lies, illusion and drama. The courts are doing thier thing and proving that they hold little power. We need to treat them like the JOKE they are. It might take years, but we will win.

Oh god. Please stop this lunatic
sign an executive order into law is not how any of this works
Fun one from today that nobody seems to be clocking amidst all the more substantive chaos. The White House comms department is now declaring that Trump can now "sign [an] executive order into law" without a bill passing Congress. Have never seen this language from a prior White House.

I feel like way everytime a wildfire breaks out. At first I think- oh I hope they get it under control quickly and then one month in we’re wearing gas masks.

So this is a government take over. Right? It’s happening, now?

I’m routing for Canada and Mexico in this trade war. They’re our allies and have done nothing wrong. I hope they don’t back down but I’m sure they will. We are the biggest consumers in the world and Trump will just keep hiking those tariffs up.

Is it me or is Tim Kaine one of the only reps who is being the most vocal and still fighting? Look at this man’s hair! He slept like me last night.
Sen. Tim Kaine tells federal employees to ignore Trump’s offer to quit with pay for months. “Don’t be fooled. He’s tricked hundreds of people with that offer. If you accept that offer and resign he’ll stiff you just like he stiffed the contractors. He doesn’t have any authority to do this.”

I just applied for White House press credentials because, while CNN is appeasing Trump, I’m not afraid to stand up for the truth.

This is truly maddening
Insanity: The deportation flights Trump used military jets for—that Mexico refused to accept—cost the U.S. up to $852,000 per flight to attempt to deport just 80 migrants at a time.

To compare, flights directly chartered by Immigration and Customs Enforcement cost just $8,577.

I am reading about all these countries that are using renewables to power their grid. And we’re going to drill baby drill. At some point we won’t even be able to give oil away.

Anyone confused why we’re not talking about project 2025 anymore? I mean we’re living it, but why hasn’t the press even mentioned it?
