A Labour government passed the Equality Act. A Labour government was in power when the Supreme Court interpreted it to not mean what ministers at the time were clear it was intended to mean. The Labour government response should have been to legislate to fix it. Not doing so was a cowardly betrayal.

All of the UK is pretending that the UK secretly passed the equality act in 2010 that required a national bathroom ban along with a full ban of trans people from society and it was only discovered fifteen years later. It's obscene.

Studenten, docenten en Tilburgers demonstreerden gisteren bij de universiteit. De universiteit weigert, ondanks het advies van de Adviescommissie om de banden met Israëlische universiteit te verbreken die meewerkt aan de genocide.

Ondanks hun ontkenningen heeft de Nederlandse anti-trans beweging weldegelijk banden met neonazi en ultraconservative christelijke groeperingen. Deze groeperingen richten hun pijlen op de gehele LHBTIQA+ beweging.
