I got laid off today, with the rest of 18F.

@aerlingus.bsky.social In all of my life I have never been spoken to by someone as rudely as I just was by ‘Ken’ in your call centre. He was unhelpful, rude and wrong in everything he said. And I had to wait on hold for 1hr15mins for the privilege. 2-long haul flights- business - going elsewhere.
