Haven't done a scientific survey but sentiment in Bonaire, just 50 miles off the coast of Venezuela, is that the Trump admin has been killing fishermen. They don't even operate a ferry between here and Curacao (also ~50 miles) b/c seas are so rough. This seems to confirm that drugs ain't the issue.
