What? No!!! 1) people dying en mass for reasons out of their control is always bad and should always be fought against and 2) there are already more D voters than R voters in some red states but voter suppression has made that irrelevant. Don’t use their tactics please - it just normalizes it.
Good thing is, as most of the red states are where cancer pops up most often along with heart disease they'll be the first ones to drop off. Leaving more democratic votes overall.
