It's not just that they're going to strike down a law against conversion therapy, it's that they're going to do it on behalf of made-up claims from a straw plaintiff who can't honestly show the law affected her at all

Some tools are single-use, you destroy them to achieve your goal

You can't destroy a person to achieve a goal

How you treat an AI falls into the realm of tool usage, completely separate from how you treat people, and conflating them is naive

I honestly think that the problem with trans community is precisely the desire for, and implicit trust in, community. Thus goofy communism outbreaks. Thus past decades of supporting the NHS (truly nurturing a snake there). Thus sympathy for social construction arguments despite Zuckerist adjacency.

There's kind of two economic tendencies within liberalism generally. There's the "it's okay if the rich get richer if everyone's getting richer", and there's "wealth redistribution is a moral imperative on its own". I feel like the the second tendency has clearly proven itself to be correct
