A united Europe is a Europe that can take decisions by majority and speak with a single voice. Not a fairy-land where all government leaders miraculously hold identical opinions. In other words: unity can be achieved by abolishing vetoes, not by "hopes and prayers".

Russian forces attempted to reach the southeastern outskirts of Kostyantynivka via Ivanopillia, using two heavily fortified "porcupine" tanks loaded with infantry. Artillery units of the 28th Mechanized Brigade launched a coordinated strike. Two tanks and 15 infantrymen were destroyed.
