DA confirms they will go to the grand jury to seek first degree murder charges after they have time to review evidence. Under Minn. Law, 2nd degree was the highest charge they could bring by complaint (w/o GJ) & they needed charges to get the arrest warrant they used Sunday night.
Seeing lots of people expressing concern over the second-degree murder charge in Minnesota. This is the highest available charge- the Minnesota statute is unusual and there is nothing odd at play here.

I cannot believe authorities released Jenny Boelter and family after she was caught basically red handed trying to drive a get away car for her husband after he murdered 2 people in cold blood and shot two other people over 17 times...WTAF people!!!???
