🏋️♀️ Had my first solo session of PT today. Good grief. One of the things I requested was to work on my core.
Did steps and lunges. I was floored when the session ended, legs trembled 😅
At the end I had to walk on tiptoes through the gym walking past muscular dudes. May have felt ashamed lol
