AI-led debugging can be crazy useful: every programmer hates debugging, and an LLM can have a big-picture view of the code in a way automated unit testing cannot.

Rumble Box (2005) was my first successful video game. My senior project at DigiPen Institute of Technology, it went on to get over a quarter of a million downloads, complete with Braid and N at the IGF, and even show up in a museum.

Namcot released a Splatterhouse parody on Famicom... but they MADE two of them! The second, an RPG, remained unreleased until the ROM was released yesterday.
I can't WAIT to dig in to this one!

The ROM for the unreleased Famicom RPG Splatter World has been released (in a thread on 4chan, of all places). I've tried it myself, and it does seem to be genuine. If it's a fake, it's a damn good one.

"Fresh", sealed copies of Super Mario RPG actually have a unique title screen. This screen is lost permanently on that cartridge after playing and saving just once, and can not be restored without tinkering with the cartridge or waiting decades for the save battery to run out.
