How insanely good are these refried beans from our local Mexican market? I called my wife from Safeway to tell her we’re having steak tacos tonight. Then in her soft “she’s about to ask for a favor” voice, she asked if I would PLEASE get a quart of these beans. I guess 😂

Sous vide flank steak. Delicious! A little of the comfy garlic oil, rosemary salt and pepper in the bag. 2 hours at 133. Pan seared. Rested and cut across the grain. With lime cilantro rice and confit garlic (which may look like cloves but are tender and sweet like butter). Yummers.
