Prokuratura Krajowa ma proste śledztwo, w którym zarzuty karne mogliby już dostać najważniejsi prokuratorzy z czasów PiS i Ziobro. Sprawa trafiła jednak do Konina, gdzie przez 1,5 roku opieszale prowadził ją prokuratur, awansowany za czasów Ziobry. Zarzutów nie dostał nikt
