Two big GOP activists from Oregon were in DC last month for meetings with Trump admin officials. On their podcast they talk about a plan they discussed to nullify the results of Oregon's 2026 federal elections. Pass federal voter ID law, then refuse to seat OR delegation because OR didn't comply.

Also, we proposed a idea how to do a end run on vote by mail. Concept is based on what Trump proposed. When you vote, you check everyone's citizenship as well as voter ID.
In a vote by mail state, you might be able to check citizenship during voter registration. You can send copies of your passport and your birth certificate in.
How in the world are you going to check our voters?
Voter ID, right? Vote by mail. So that creates a problem for Oregon.
But if federal government new requirement is to check both, and if Oregon can comply with the requirements, what would happen to our election result? I'm talking about the entire federal delegation.
For federal elections, we're talking about only federal elections.

I can't wrap my head around how bonkers this is. Here's a man who has posted Neo-Nazi memes with extensive ties to white supremacist groups, telling the President about the dangers of Antifa by connecting its modern incarnation with the anti-Nazi movement in 1930s Germany, like it's a bad thing.

I got a letter saying I owed 28k in back taxes and fees from 2017. After some back and forth, the IRS concluded that they owed me 5K but didn't have to pay because the statute of limitations had expired.
This kind of thing is what breeds discontent with the government- rules for thee but not for me.

At one point during the hearing, the judge asked the prosecution why the case can’t be tried before mid-December.

Lemons replied: We are “just getting our hands around” discovery in the case.

There’s lots of it, he added, and it includes a “significant” amount of classified information.

Yes, 12,000 people (up by 3,000 from last year, btw) decided to take a chance on running a marathon through our "war-ravaged" city (including running right by the ICE facility). 🙄🤦‍♀️
