Who radicalised Keir into being a tory?
In 2020 Keir Starmer and Alf Dubs urged the then Conservative Government to restore their commitment to family reunion for child refugees, saying there was a “moral argument” to protect desperately vulnerable young people.

Five years later Dubs condemns Starmer for doing the complete opposite

Slightly late on this, but I cannot believe you didn't mention Adam Dunn when talking about historic baseball oafs, and I would argue he should be patron saint over Jim Thome

If Utd do sell Fernandes then we are not a serious club, and no player should want to come to us
Luckily loads of people have it all figured out. Sell Bruno Fernandes for a fortune, use the cash to buy several brilliant players who will all definitely adapt instantly, form a coherent team, and win everything. Easy game, this football lark.

I'm sorry but this is coming from the man who continued to pick Jordan Henderson for England after he upped sticks for Saudi Arabia cash.
Actions matter Gareth
Gareth Southgate, "We have to show young men that character is more important than status"

"That how you treat others is more important than how much money you make"

"That values matter. Courage. Humility. And integrity"

"Over selfishness. Greed. Arrogance"

Please stop looking at the past three three months like it's any kind of takedown. The shares have just returned to "normal" after a post election boost.

Nail on head
Politicians have a tragic lack of ambition to actually change the economy to one that takes care of ordinary people.

The crumbling welfare state & visible inequality is being exploited by the far right to present migrants as a scapegoat.
They act like they want it to get worse. #r4today

Ryan Cooper is one of the few people in journalism to actually convey the scale of what Elon and the Muskjugend are doing, which may be the crime of the century. Please read and share this article.

Oh shit www.taxresearch.org.uk/Blog/2025/02... Water companies do not have the capacity to deal with our sewage - even on good days. No wonder we're in it up to our necks, with nationalisation the only way out of this mess.
Oh shit
As the FT has noted this morning: At least half of Thames Water’s sewage plants lack the pipes and tanks to process enough waste water, leading untreated effluent to spill into rivers and waterways ac...

Disagree with this slightly.
The sensible thing is to remove everyone you are uncertain of and only put your trust in one other. Obviously the odds are that they were more likely all faithful but the more you remove you stack the odds more heavily in your favour
