I think making the first shots that people are seeing of this is two generic pretty white elf(ish) characters in a plain non-descriptive grass field was not the right way to get folks interested for your fantasy Zelda movie.

A problem with these games, and indies at large, is that they mimic the aesthetic of what they like instead of emulating and improving the game design. The amount of "Like X but worse" coming out recently has been kind of fatiguing.
