Vielleicht lernen wir in Deutschland aus den Entwicklungen in den USA und verstehen endlich, wie schnell eine rechtsautoritäre Transformation des Staates gehen kann und wie wenig abstrakte Prinzipien wie checks and balances wirken, wenn sie nicht aktiv verteidigt werden.
