This! I see many homes for sale, even in my community. It's about affordability, it's about homes being used as air bnb, it's about how many communities don't allow RVs or trailers.
It's Air B&B short term rentals. Building more houses will just build more Air B&Bs. Stop mass foreign investment in US housing. Restrict Air B&B short term rentals. Build more safe and modern long-term RV parks and remove legal restrictions from RVs and tiny homes.
