The reason the Faewild is the Faewild is that it's a git repo where the owner just accepts every single pull request reflexively. The only thing which stops a Fae from getting accidentally poofed from existence is a contract with beings on another plane (it's a legacy dependency, can't delete).

I really appreciate how everyone who spends too much time with words has at least one irrational linguistic pet peeve. Not all realize irrational part, but all possess at least one. Some cultivate a whole garden of them. If you have one, pls share it.

Actually, I take it back. So many people arguing against using "USians" are being such insufferable assholes, I think I'm going to start using it on purpose.
This USians vs Americans discourse is making me feel insane. Like, why does it matter? It's not hurting anyone, you know what both mean, use what makes you happy and keep it moving? Not to be That Guy, but like, there's some bigger fish to fry out here.

Bringing this back with the return of the PWHL bc hockey is just insane to me. It's like soccer, except the puck is a fraction of the size, they only get to score with long sticks, and they do it all while racing around with knives on their feet??
(I continue to be fascinated by hockey the same way that gorilla was amazed by the sleight of hand magic trick. But the fighting part I get)
