Any factual history of the insurrection and related schemes to overturn the 2020 election results must also chronicle the efforts to whitewash that history. The 2020 election wasn't overturned, but there's an ongoing effort to delegitimize the result.

COMMENTARY: It seems an increasing number of Americans, including elected leaders and journalists, are afraid to tell the truth about what happened on January 6. That's dangerous.

Parents everywhere want to do everything possible to protect their kids and help them thrive. Secretary Kennedy just robbed us of one of the easiest ways to keep our kids safe, through routine science-based vaccine schedules. I'm angry about the kids that will suffer because of this cruel decision.
When science is sidelined, children get hurt. In his latest anti-science move, RFK Jr. ignored overwhelming scientific evidence, bypassed the established review process for vaccine recommendations, and all but guaranteed that more children will get sick.
US cuts the number of vaccines recommended for every child, a move slammed by physicians
The U.S. took the unprecedented step Monday of dropping the number of vaccines it recommends for every child — leaving other immunizations, such as flu shots, open to families to choose but without c...

"If we hadn’t already, we’ve unquestionably joined the league of ordinary nations—a league in which we’re acting as little more than a bully, and in circumstances in which no obvious principle of self-defense, human rights, or even humantarianism writ large justifies our bellicosity."

200. Five Questions About the Maduro Arrest Operation
Friday night's U.S. military operation in Venezuela was a textbook violation of international law. It's also entirely unauthorized by U.S. law, which ought to (but probably won't) matter.

"When scientific claims seem to threaten cherished values, beliefs, or interests, people are motivated to reject them."
Science is widely trusted in general, but people can use their 'pro-science' identity as a shield. By claiming that science they disagree with isn't 'real' science, they can ignore the facts without feeling like they've abandoned their principles.

People are more drawn to arrogant leaders in an uncertain world. They mistake swagger for strength & skill.

Narcissists are unfit to lead. They see power as an opportunity to seize, not a responsibility to serve.

Great leaders blend confidence with humility and put their missions above their egos.

He cites gaps in vaccine safety research, oblivious to his own gaps in understanding decades of research. RFK Jr is uniquely unqualified and a clear danger to public health.
This needs to stop! RFK Jr needs to go! He is destroying the meaning of science, scientific evidence, and science-based medical practice. He needs to be removed from his position asap.
Breaking News: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said he personally instructed the CDC to abandon its position that vaccines do not cause autism. The move underscores his determination to challenge scientific orthodoxy — in this case, that vaccines save lives — and bend the health department to his will.

RFK Jr. apparently promised Senator Bill Cassidy that he wouldn’t delete the statement “Vaccines do not cause autism” from the CDC website.

Instead, RFK Jr. published a litany of lies claiming that vaccines *do* cause autism, left the statement with an asterisk, and added this:

When you see alarming health headlines, always ask:
– Has the study been peer-reviewed?
– Was it observational or experimental?
– How big was the actual risk difference?

Science takes time, and context matters!
