Forgive me the self indulgence but I’m still kinda reeling at the incredibly mild posts that have gotten me swarmed and targeted by conservative politicians on this website while they’re totally silent about this take.

What a fucking world!!!! Upside down truly!!!!!

“Shared air.”

My friends.

It’s not even just shared air. It’s shared dirty air. It’s shared air that’s had breath, burps and flatus passed into it… and there isn’t an open window or filter in sight.

925 billionaires are why we don’t have affordable housing, universal healthcare, child care & education.

They’re the reason there’s so much suffering & poverty.

America is poised to have the world’s first trillionaire in Elon Musk… a man whose decision to cancel USAID has already killed 600,000.
America has 925 billionaires as of this year. Collectively they have a record $6.9 trillion in wealth.

The bottom 50% of Americans control $4.2 trillion in wealth.

When 925 people control more wealth than half a country’s population, we have a very serious problem.

Confirmation that the New York Times has changed their internal style guide to cease using the term "gender affirming care" and instead use the term "gender related care."
I asked around and this does appear to be a deliberate style change. It wasn’t announced to staff, but contentious style changes often aren’t. They’re just imposed by the standards desk when they review a story. (Take that for what it is) This desk btw is run by Patrick Healy, no friend of trans ppl

Quite apart from the misinterpreted and poorly presented science that will continue to get some of his readers killed or disabled, I’d like to point out another glaring factual error.

People that wear masks did not and do not refuse to enter society. Society refuses to accept mask wearers.
I spoke to the people who continue to shape their lives around avoiding Covid and only breathing ‘clean’ air

‘Refusing to mask during an ongoing pandemic is absolutely violent and it’s undeniably participating in social murder.’

Never forget that many of the Epstein survivors went to the police.

They went to the FBI.

They named names.

The system protected Epstein & the other predators.

Just as it’s doing now. No predators should be redacted.

Expose them all.

If we believed women, Epstein would have been stopped before he hurt over 1,000 children.

If we believed victims, we wouldn’t even need the files because every predator would have been charged and prosecuted.

This is rape culture. It protects the men. It protects the powerful.
