Using a crane, this morning crews pulled from the river one of two engines from the CRJ-700 plane that crashed last Wednesday. The Army Corps of Engineers says it could take three days to recover all the parts of the plane still in the Potomac River.

British Airways has finally announced its new First Class cabin, to be introduced on refurbished A380s starting in mid-2026. It makes the old First seat on the 787-9 look silly.

The Collin’s Aerospace manufactured seat 36.5inches wide with a bed length of 79 inches, it includes a 32 inch 4K monitor

I’d like to introduce everyone to the “do not book any flights through EWR in 2025 challenge”
Sure, the ATC equipment and staffing issues are a complete mess. But at least Newark will also have one runway closed for a chunk of 2025 to make things even worse.

RWY 4L/22R will be closed on weekends for about half the year, plus 60 consecutive days of complete closure.
