I'm so tired and lonely. I try to save money, but it never works. Everything is so damn expensive. I feel nothing but hopelessness most of the time. I don't even know what to do with anything anymore

I've been having a hard time of it. Mom & Dad took me to Tufts yesterday. My kidneys are failing. I'm in the ICU & comfortable. I'm coming home tomorrow. They say my time is short. I know this is sad. I love you all. We will update, but need some time.
