It just took me an HOUR to successfully cut up two sweet potatoes. Admittedly they were large sweet potatoes. Like my jaw dropped when they were delivered large sweet potatoes. But STILL an hour and now my hands hurt from trying to get a knife through those fuckers.

The gods were kind. May their grace extend to tomorrow and the turkey tenderloins. And my crockpot apparently is hotter than expected. Also, next time I know to invest in a strainer to get the pudding extra smooth.

I'm attempting to make banana flavored pudding from scratch in the crockpot in order to make banana pudding (with the nilla wafers & banana slices).
According to various recipes this is possible.
