I have been warning for years that once insurance companies had a reason to stop denying hormones to trans folks, they’d be coming for the menopausal among us next. We all rise or fall together.
My insurance company just sent me a letter saying they will stop covering two of my prescriptions because they are ‘not medically necessary’. Which ones?
1. My testosterone, because I am not a man

I have two friends who left the US for France in February 2016. They have taken the traditional route to citizenship there after deciding they would like to stay. It took them five years of residency to even qualify to begin the process.

This is perfect. The DOJ's embarrassing snafu with disappearing redactions was the fault of Elon Musk. Musk cancelled government subscriptions to Adobe programs that would have made the redactions permanent. What a pack of fools.
