In late August we had the pleasure of welcoming BSc students from the EPFL in Switzerland. They learned about our IMPRS-BAC graduate program and enjoyed a tour of the institute and the Vallier lab with Maïa Pesic.
We wish the students all the best in their future careers!

Check out the latest publication of @vallierlab.bsky.social.
Editor's Choice at DMM Journal (@dmmjournal.bsky.social), Laëtitia Pinte's PhD work highlights the role of EHF in the airway epithelium. Congrats and thank you to all co-authors!

Very good news. Vital for European research especially with the increase in applicants and the recently announced augmentation of grant size. Success rate must be maintained above 10% and should be above 20%. This is the only way to maintain faire system supporting broadly impactful research.

The latest publication from @vallierlab.bsky.social is now online. This tour de force from the amazing Laetitia Pinte (supervised by @martavilagonz.bsky.social) uncover the function of EHF in the lung (not a liver story!) epithelium using hiPSCs, genome editing, and lung organoids
