If men with guns and masks tried to pull me out of my car, I'd fight back. Courts should reject any claims by the government that this is aggression by the person being detained, resisting arrest, or that they're a flight risk.

It is bad that Trump wants to use American soldiers against their fellow Americans. And it is also bad that Trump wants foreign powers to exploit his unnecessarily, artificial, and pre-scripted civil war.

The stage of deterioration where gangs of large (mostly) white men just publicly assault people who seem to be brown because they're brown in the hopes of doing far more harm to them in the name of the state. Glad this one escaped.
