Unfortunately, telepathy is not included in the parameters of talent, and silence and indifference break hearts no worse than a hammer. A lot of great creative people leave fandoms, galleries, communities, etc. because of this. So a lil reminder is always appropriate.👍

When something someone innocently said to you triggers your trauma and causes a mental spiral of self loathing but you dont talk to anyone about it because you know everyone has a full plate and you dont wanna bring them down further so you go on a single sentence tangent on social media, send post
