The Hennepin County DA's Office says they have jurisdiction to prosecute the ICE agent involved in the murder of Renee Good.
Murder is a state crime, so no federal pardon will help.
That said, the federal government and DHS will likely make things as difficult as possible for the DA

I'm in a first-ring suburb of Mpls and school has not been canceled here, yet. We'll see what the weekend brings. There is the official cancelation decision, but also the personal one. These idiots are going onto school campuses, armed. It's unclear whether schools are truly safe for kids right now.

We evacuated our kids out of Minneapolis this weekend and my spouse reports that as she drove them out of town she saw "multiple freeway exits where people are being pulled over." It feels like the Twin Cities is being subjugated by a hostile occupying force.

I’ve heard from multiple friends today about daycares being raided and parents being ripped out of cars (in one case with a child left behind in the backseat). Grim times here.
The situation in Minneapolis is insane: seemingly many large convoys of heavily armed masked men, blocking off streets at random, grabbing people nearly at random, racing around the city with no discernible plan or aim. Under attack by our own government the day after it killed someone
