Guy at work who is chill might get in trouble and kicked out because he's working too slow even though he was told to. He needs to be told directly to work faster, not beat around the bush ya know? Honestly, if he's out, I super want to leave this place lol. Hate corporations and micromanagement...

Invest in a hobby or personal project(s), take that vacation you never seem to take, catch up with friends, put in hard boundaries to work life.

If you push yourself to your limits and burn out for a company, you are trading years of your future productivity for minor gains in the present.
Burning out will _fuck you up_, it's like brain fog or depression, and it takes years to recover
