The company essentially turned a dial that made ChatGPT more appealing and made people use it more, but sent some of them into delusional spirals.
OpenAI has since made the chatbot safer, but that comes with a tradeoff: less usage.

Having your house clean has positive effects on your well-being. But ADHD makes this task both harder and more impactful. I cannot stress enough the ROI of pushing through the *physical pain* of executive dysfunction to keep your place nice to live in. Don't let the mess grow, or it will beat you

During my time away, I let my hair grow long and discovered I have very similar hair to the guy from Dune. I have to say, hair is one of the most underrated and powerful tools a person can have. Like it's day and night and it's not even funny. If you have hair, use it :P

I saw lights ahead... At first, I thought I was starving, desperately hallucinating. Now I have conviction; maybe I’ve completely lost it. I don’t have much fuel left, but if I keep playing defense, I’ll lose. Just like Batman in Bane’s pit: to escape the darkness, I have to jump... without the rope
This year felt like being adrift at night—so claustrophobic I can't tell where the sky begins, and with a wind so strong it tugs my thoughts away. I knew I could end up here—but what could I do? I'm not afraid; yet I long for the comfort of the sun shining over my old prison. Only fate remains now.

Guys, you have no idea what it's like to plug out of the news, the internet, the debates, the hierarchies, for a while, and just face yourself. It creates an aura, and ppl pick up on and react to it. It's kind of crazy actually. Sometimes I go out just to laugh at it (and enjoy the attention a bit)

I don't ignore the maliciousness of the Trump team, but I think Zelensky was profoundly amateurish today. I've dealt with similar psychological warfare and came out way better than him. I know it's NOTHING compared to the HIGH-STAKES, but I tbh I wasn't impressed (I did feel it for him though)
