it worked! the guy i talked to said they've received hundreds of complaints since fri. he directed me to their online complaint form, but i took as long as possible and asked a bunch of questions about how to fill out the form to take up time. you definitely don't need a stripe account to do this!

Neither Visa and Mastercard have accounts on Bluesky because they know the real people are here, not on X or Meta.
