I think I hate journaling because I can't really feel the difference until 3 or 4 days into it and then I get a tiny relief from the episode. It's like the psych meds taking 4 to 6 weeks to work. I hate being this impatient with myself.

I want you to know that I think that's a perfectly acceptable way to enjoy a video game that you paid for because you're supposed to enjoy your favorite pastime any way you like.

hey bluesky, on my way to work today I went to a coffee shop today to buy coffee and there was a lady with a baby in a stroller leaving so I said 'can I grab the door for you?' She said yes so I did then another person said 'can I give you a platypus sticker cuz you were nice?'
