Degenerate art (German: Entartete Kunst) was a term adopted in the 1920s by the Nazi Party in Germany to describe modern art. The myth that white men are victims of systematic discrimination has been central to the white supremacy since so-called “redeemers” claimed white men would be disenfranchised if Black folks voted. The revival of this claim in the mainstream is indeed a bad sign of where things are headed.
That Compact essay is very easily picked a part with actual data/evidence, but what has become clear is there is very little will to do so as its dubious claims confirm a deeply held grievance amongst an apparently large % of our white colleagues that they are the victims of rampant discrimination.

I oppose all bills that mandate online ID checks, infringe upon our constitutional right to free speech on the internet, enable government policing of online resources, and threaten end-to-end encryption. If you truly care about young people’s experience on the internet, you should pass comprehensive data privacy legislation and oppose any bill that forces Internet users to submit to ID checks or would censor the internet, like the SCREEN Act, App Store Accountability Act, and KOSA
additionally, I want to advocate for section 230, which I have seen multiple legislators call for repealing. Section 230 is integral to a free and open internet, and repealing it would destroy the internet as we know it and countless livelihoods. I do not want to see section 230 repealed, I want to see it protected.

It is so incredibly dangerous to have these people at the FDA. They are a threat to the entire U.S. vaccination program.
