A lot to be said about this. Two thoughts:
1. If the US were actually at war with Venezuela-TdA, Secretary Noem would likely be in violation of Geneva Convention III article 13 (exposure to public curiosity)
2. The USG admitted to court: Many of those sent to El Salvador have no criminal record

Unfuckingbelievable, he STILL thinks "let the fascists do all the horrible things so people will vote Dem in the midterms bc we aren't as bad" is a viable strategy. @schumer.senate.gov is not equipped for this moment in history. This is not 1992, Chuck. This is a coup.

Totally agree with this. Flying a person to a third country that they may never have been to, directly into a prison where they are going to be forced to do hard labor, is not a deportation; it's something else entirely.
@washingtonpost.com They were not DEPORTED. Deported means sending them back to their country of origin. These people were sent to a maximum security prison in El Salvador, without any due process or any analysis as to whether they feared harm in El Salvador!
