Alt: My feet were black by time I woke from pain of them sliding out of tent. Even in cold weather gear made for mountain training.
Heres a few symptoms to protect yourself. Warm it SLOW if you have this happen. Stay safe kids!

Friendly advice from soldier who had frostbite. Temperature does not play! Especially if you aren't used to cold weather. It'll freeze your lungs, forcing your body to pull everything from extremities to survive.
Don't go out in -30 & below for long. You won't know you're frozen until it's too late
