It's name is National and I will not waver on this
DC residents have been refusing to call that airport anything but National for almost thirty years, we certainly can refuse to call that arts center anything but the Kennedy Center for three

Just learned from our younger child what the current version of “first world problems” is.

YC - “So my friend told me he couldn’t fit in his slacks anymore because his glutes had gotten bigger from working out, and I was like ‘oh no your lobster’s too buttered’”

The name "Popular Science" doesn't mean we shift our coverage depending on public opinion. It means we cover relevant subjects that are rigorously researched, reliable, and grounded in reality.

And trans lives are grounded in reality.

We see y'all. No matter what.

First-of-a-kind study shows encouraging data for trans kids who socially transition
Ninety-four percent of participants in a new study stood firm in their trans identity after five years, and "detransitioning" is rare.

David Brooks, who wrote in the NYT last month, "The Epstein Story? Count Me Out" is... in the latest Epstein photo dump published by @oversightdemocrats.house.gov.

He should absolutely be fired by NYT for this. Major conflict of interest that he didn't disclose.

Trans ppl are queer people.
Trans ppl are part of LGBTQI2S+. STOP with the "trans and queer" and "trans and LBGTQ"

Non binary ppl are trans ppl. "Trans and gender diverse ppl" is the term to incl non-binary ppl who do not wish to use trans label.

Gender non-conforming is presentation not identity

I follow a straight woman on IG for her cat content and mostly ignore her videos about dating.
The last few days she posted a 3 part series on how afraid she is to tell her friend she has romantic feelings.
It all seemed odd until she revealed today that the friend is a woman.

Be the sort of person whose passing leaves people mourning, telling tales of the good you did, and the kindnesses and heart you showed and shared.

NOT one whose passing will inspire parties around the nation and the world.
I’m just going to tell the story. Back in 2000 I was volunteering for the Gore campaign when he came along with Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Alfre Woodard and Dule Hill to a GOTV event here in MN. He ended up sitting down across from me stuffing his envelopes.

Welp it happened. When I was putting the two sides together, a smooth piece that acts as the outer hull popped off and Archer found it. It's under the sauce bed so not noticeable. But I'll always know it had permanent battle damage that cant be fixed at dry dock
