I know it goes against a particular narrative but...are we allowed to talk about our friends getting jobs again in LA in the entertainment industry?

If you have a business, lease the car and write it off.
😩 a 50- year mortgage? I don’t like that at all. When I financed my last car they really tried to cram a 60-month loan down and I was like, “36 months or nothing.” It was more but I paid it off in 2.5 years and not everyone can do that and I’m not shaming you but these rates are often predatory.

I heard that our governor, Newsom, released SNAP payments for Californians who are on food benefits. If this is true, I’m so glad. Using food as a weapon is a literal war crime and this is also the month of Thanksgiving. They’re letting people go hungry while throwing Great Gatsby themed parties.
