Cliche. Occasionally looking for references to obscure commercials. Mostly waiting for public observation of notable deaths.

Background is a painting by Caillebotte. Avatar is a clock.

I hate having opinions and posting them.
I remembered hearing a dog once at mail-order brides that was a similar but different expression. Can’t remember. Anyway, I pray for the death of his family every day too.

I flatly ask people when I meet them if they were a Trump voter and if they refuse to answer I never speak to them again.

An entire community of thousands, here legally, having been demonized with deranged lies about eating pets, is about to be arbitrarily DECLARED illegal so they can be forcibly ethnically cleansed. I don’t want to hear one more fucking word about comparisons to Nazi Germany being overwrought.

It’s really difficult & disorienting but the feds hit LA extremely hard today. There were kidnappings all over & reported cluster raids in Chinatown, East LA, Ktown. This list shows to 1130 AM but they haven’t stopped all day

Just because the media attention stopped doesn’t mean the abductions have

People don’t seem to get how the people around Trump use him. One of the consequences of pinning coverage to a narrative of the inner-workings of a moron who pretends to change a mind he doesn’t possess are constant fake-outs.

ICE agents are still evil and killing and kidnapping in Minneapolis.

I live an hour north of Minneapolis and they’re here too. They’re rounding up workers in chicken processing plants and breweries.
A reminder that ICE hasn’t slowed down in Minneapolis at all.

Outside of Minnesota, it might feel like everything has changed since Alex Pretti’s murder. But ICE hasn’t actually lost any power and they’re continuing to terrorize our communities.

Looking for everyone to become an expert in how poorly the law describes “premeditation” with respect to technology assisted killing.

Rep. Jamie Raskin says a nationwide general strike may be needed to stop Trump’s authoritarian crackdown, praising Minnesotans’ mass demonstrations and general strike as “the direction we may need to go” nationally.

ICE just attempted an illegal entry into the ECUADORIAN CONSULATE to abduct someone

They did not have a warrant

After executing Alex Pretti on Saturday, ICE has shifted to primarily targeting bus stops and elementary schools in my community this week. I cannot overstate how much of the ICE activity in my community is just targeting places where little kids are.
Video from this morning shows ICE agents deploying tear gas outside a Minneapolis preschool as parents shout, “This is a preschool! There’s kids here!”

What would Dems who were capable of turning success into victory look like? Because this guy has been heckling Dems for not never being able to do that for a quarter century at least.
The killing of Alex Pretti and the grotesque lying was an overreach by the administration. They've paid a price and had to pull back a bit. But it's when there's some disarray that the democratic opposition needs to intensify the offensive, and turn a marginal tactical success into a major victory.

I can’t be the only person who sees this and wants to call as many people as possible and tell them someone needs to find this kid.
Reminder that, as of the latest reports, Liam Ramos is still in prison in Texas - now for 5 days.

His parents are legal asylum seekers with no criminal record.

He could go on for years, they will prop him up as long as he can still eat his filet o’fish, but I feel like the desperate men you meet everywhere now who tell women what to say and do on his behalf(?) can start to recognize he is not going to cross any finish line.
Hey The Press, is this part of Trump's "new tone"?

The person to whom he dictates his missives including vocabulary beyond what he obviously cannot use or understand—today it was prestige—is such a bizarre, elementary interpretation of the role of chief of staff.

It remains telling to me they got him someone who looks like his mother.
