I genuinely can't understand why someone would want to have *video* on in the background while they're doing something else. A podcast or audiobook while I'm doing chores or cooking, or music when I'm writing, sure. But the whole point of video is that there's a *visual* component. I'm stumped

As the backlash to generative AI in video games continues to pick up steam heading into 2026, it'll be fascinating to see what is considered "made with generative AI." Can a dev team say they're not using AI if they're writing design docs with Copilot or using chatGPT to make schedules and budgets?

I have seen a good five or six high-profile genocides occur within my relatively short four-and-a-half decades, and there have probably been others I'm forgetting because who can remember all these genocides. We as a global population have deeply betrayed the people who said "never again"
