Unacceptable. There are 189,000 people in my district who will be paying 50–300% more for the same, and in many cases worse, healthcare.

I won’t do that to the people I represent. I’m a NO on this “deal.”

Horrifying as the situation is in Darfur, it can get much worse. Only American pressure can stop the killing in Sudan.

Senate Dems, do not cave. Ensuring healthcare premiums don’t surge is an 80-20 issue. They want to gut the ACA because their disdain for Obama far outweighs their concern for anyone’s health.

Thousands dying, totally needlessly, thanks to the pro-life party. When Dems regain power, we should bring back USAID. Will be too late for many thousands this administration has killed, including children. But we can at least save lives going forward.

The reports of terrible atrocities committed by the RSF against civilians in Sudan are heartbreaking.

Civilians must not be targets, aid must be delivered, and we must push to end this conflict.

Every word of this. The No Kings marches were great. But in the end, we win or lose by electoral politics. And moderation is the key to electoral politics in most of the country. Will Dems learn? Not clear.

Really important.
1. Federal agents from ICE and other agencies are wrongly detaining U.S. citizens, sometimes detaining them for days, on suspicion that they are undocumented immigrants.

The raids are done without search warrants or other procedures designed to protect civil liberties.
