Today is National Poinsettia Day. The beautiful flower is named after Joel Roberts Poinsett, who died this day 1851. He was a physician/botanist and the first American Ambassador to Mexico. He sent the samples back to South Carolina from Mexico. This flower has a long history in Aztec culture.

I've been saying this for years.
I don’t think unrealized gains should be taxed.

America is now the home of government censorship. If you thought this only happened someplace else like North Korea, Russia or Iran, you’d be wrong. Trump has put the USA right alongside the most repressive governments in the world.
FCC Chairman Brendan Carr: "There's actions we can take on licensed broadcasters. It's long past the time that...Comcast and Disney say 'We're not gonna run Kimmel anymore...because we licensed broadcasters are running the possibly of fines or licensed revocation from the FCC.'"
