Didn’t get to do squats or power cleans, but I am happy with my progress! I was able to deadlift 500 last year so I’m trying to get back to that at least. But my bench has always been garbage so I’m glad I got to 185!

About to fly south for a little getaway/celebration and had to get the essientials (Bench, Squat, and Deadlift) done before I go swim and be lazy for a few days 😎
