It’s just fucking relentless, man
You might think from the headline that this is a story about a trans kid suffering medical consequences from a large drug dose but nope! It is just an interview with an estranged father who is angry that his child happily transitioned.

This means, what, one in six 2016 Leave voters are now dead? Don't mean to be brutal but that's what the figures seem to say
I found this today (from Peter Kellner/YouGov) which answers part of your query.

This is great. The original proposal was that all employers had to allow a union to come in to chat to their workers in private about the benefits of unionisation (which would have been amazing...)
Some business lobby concerns about the Employment Rights Bill and the day one right to protection from dismissal were understandable, but the hysteria about very unimposing trade union rights embarrasses their entire argument

Exactly my experience, the BBC reporting of it is insane
It’s maddening that I just heard this tribunal decision covered on BBC News, which led with “Sandie Peggie wins her case,” expanded with “Sandie Peggie secures a partial victory,” then only on listening further did it become clear she actually lost on most of the substantive points she was pursuing.
Decision in the Sandie Peggie case.

She was not directly or indirectly discriminated against, her claim of victimisation fails entirely, her claim of harassment fails largely and her claim against Beth Upton fails entirely. www.judiciary.uk/judgments/sa...

Worth noting the role of NewsCorp. Murdoch wants this social media ban for young people. That alone should give you pause for thought.

Metroid 4 thoughts: Enjoying it.

Side characters aren't annoying me at all.

I have 0 issues with the desert, it clearly serves as a connective tissue, and has some puzzles scattered throughout, totally fine if not good.

Bosses are top tier, and I usually hate bosses.

However a bit too linear.

For non-Brits: nobody can afford to get sued by revved-up wingnuts and crackpots armed with JK Rowling’s money, and nobody wants to be the next organisation protested by the far right and monstered into the heart of the earth by the world’s most poisonous media outlets. So they are folding.

Calling all Zelda fans who miss the traditional Ocarina of Time style: Play Metroid Prime 4!

Like Prime 2 and 3, it has more self-contained areas with key upgrades and great bosses. It's the closest thing in Nintendo's current lineup to the old style, and it does it very well.
