Black Americans are the focus of BHM. They always have been, they should be, the holiday started here.
But Black people didn't start here, and don't exist in a vacuum.

Personally tho Jan was really a testament on how I should be moving thru this yr. With trust, grace and less stress. Like I can’t control everything so why not save my energy for what I do have agency over? 🤷🏿♀️
