I made the cornbread and baked the chicken thighs for mine yesterday, took the meat off the bone, chopped the celery & green pepper and broke up the bread to get stale today. My bread/cornbread hybrid dressing is my absolute favorite holiday dish & I can't trust anyone else's to hit all the notes!
