Vader kills Cere, but she manages to damn near kill him and as he staggers away he's clearly mission-killed and in arguably worse overall shape than Obi-Wan leaves him here. But I don't think Cere, despite her absolutely incredible performance, canonically manages to "poise break" him.

I think outside of this duel, the canonical Jedi who will come closest to beating Vader is Master Cere Junda, on Jedha in 9 BBY, a year after the duel depicted here. Only some of Cere's duel is canonical because it's a player duel in JEDI: SURVIVOR, but it starts and ends with a cinematic.

So Cal is subtly but consistently outmatched by fully trained Jedi and Sith. Like, Obi-Wan for most of his life can match Vader. Cal’s Master, Cere, fights Vader twice, doesn’t manage to lock blades with Vader the first time, but has a protracted duel with him the second time
