Unfortunately I think they have.

Stock, Rustin and other GC activists had a suspiciously negative reaction to the abortion decriminalisation bill, and claimed it went too far.

Whereas as a feminist, I thought the bill that passed was weak and watered down.

Note: I’ve never aligned myself with any political party here. The closest political party at the moment here is Labour, who want the legalisation of some drugs and decriminalisation of all drugs, which is fairly inline with the Citizens Assembly(which had its end voting system deliberately rigged)😔

Then you have to apply to the government for permission for assisted dying. At least we do in Australia. The government either approves the request or denies it. Are you talking purely decriminalisation? Because there’s a lot of paperwork with euthanasia. As I’ve stated, it’s not that simple.

If you are based in Scotland, please take time to email your MSPs - the legislation currently proposed has a potential to endanger sex workers, while decriminalisation is the only approach that actually makes work safer for everyone involved.
