Some good news!

5 yr survival rates for some hard to treat cancers have increased.

Liver cancer, with a 7% relative survival rate in the 1990s rose to 22%

Lung cancer- 15% to 28%

Myeloma- 32% to 62%

This is in part due to early detection & better treatment.

i am also the target of a lot of subjective fear, because of my diagnosis of bipolar/psychosis. i recognize that this fear is coming from a real place, and can feel INTENSE. but at the same time, i NEED people to stand up for me and my rights despite that unease, that discomfort. i NEED it

Y'all my cackle sistah and I were rotfl b/c yet again psych's are prescribing anti depressants to Gen X late diagnosis female ADHD'ers. We're like WHEN WILL they finally get it right rather than the classic textbook on us? We both said 2 weeks at the same time. They never work on us. Truly.

After 9yrs+ in therapy having an OSDD diagnosis is liberating. Those 9yrs+ juggling therapists who constantly switched labeling me as BPD or Schizoaffective was annoying cause the entire time I knew they were wrong but didn't know what DPDR was till like last year and pursued it. #PluralSky

How many more people have to die so men like him can keep learning this lesson over and over again? Heritage obviously did quite well with whoever replaced him. We need to create structures that make his initial sociopathy irrelevant.

“”He racked the slide and pulled a trigger a second time," she said. "A gun does not cock itself. He murdered Austin."

But prosecutor Stewart Stone questioned the diagnosis, opining that Lawson was mentally healthy enough to be hired by the Brevard County Sheriff's Office.”

Every media outlet claiming Jonathan Ross had internal bleeding "of the torso" must confirm the facts - the name of the physician who treated him, date and time of "hospitalization", tests ran, diagnosis and the prognosis. To simply state this as fact is a betrayal of the public.
Don't fall for supposed 'hospital photo' of ICE agent who fatally shot Renee Good
The photo came from a viral Twitter post in 2016.

Per doctors
The term they used in the press release makes no medical sense and is not a valid diagnosis.

If it were real he'd be dead by the time they "Discovered it"
(In some states he should be dead though I do not support the death penalty like I.C.E. and Trump do)

'He had a successful surgery, which is great news. Everything went according to plan. I think it's difficult to give a definitive [timeline], but around three months out will be the diagnosis. If it's any quicker, then great, but we need to give Fabian time to recover.'

PNH symptoms can vary and change over time: severe fatigue, shortness of breath, dark urine, pain, headaches, brain fog and blood clots—often appearing long before diagnosis. Tracking symptoms helps care!

I’ve never gotten a proper diagnosis, but everyone in my life is pretty sure.
Also it’s mainly a reservoir of memories. I’m not going to remember my childhood forever, but I might be able to recall the time I wrote about my childhood. Time is running out

I used to work in vet internal med. I think the most likely thing that’s going on is bronchial airway collapse. That’s what it sounds like. With this scope we can get a diagnosis for the best meds to use. I just want him to feel better so he can enjoy his remaining time! ❤️

He is awesome. I saw him after my second diagnosis and he was great. I didn't cry last time but he should expect tears this time.

I’m forty and likely on the spectrum. It’s hard to test as I am a special education teacher so I know the questions/answers for screening.

I do have an ADHD diagnosis and if I am not asleep before 11 I cannot sleep until like 3. Sucks most of the time. Helped for Ashes though.

One second at a time - it’s a sad journey we walk friend! Your grief will equal your love! My husband passed three weeks after diagnosis, 10 years now and I still listen for him every morning!

@iwriteok.bsky.social the first trip was because I got two words wrong during my ritual speech in Raleigh the first time. The second time was because I was actively a conduit for God's message along with a bipolar diagnosis in a state of psychotic mania, which i believe was part of it.

Yep, 1st episode Oct 2024, urgent care gave definite BPPV diagnosis. Tech did the test, turned my head & instant psychedelic room spinning, lol.

It can take a long time to resolve. 2024 was similar, ~ 8 days.

I'm probably 80-85% good now, just not enough for garden work 2/ lots of head motion.
